accused of theft
My daughter was working at a large company which she quit last month. While she worked there, a large TV monitor was being trashed so she took it to a pawn shop and sold it. Months later she is being accused of theft.
1.What kind of evidence does the procecutor need to convict my daugher?

they have to prove she intended to deprive the company of the use of the monitor. these casses are usually charged as dealig in stolen property. she needs a lawyer. call anytime if i can help.
