Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have an active warrant from florida for violation of probation. I was arrested as a fugitive from justice, waived extradition and florida refused to come get me. I have been arrested multiple times since and florida always refuses to extradite. this warrant is from around 2002 and since florida keeps refusing shouldn't the warrant be vacated?

Nope. The warrant can remain indefinitely for as long as you remain absent from Florida. Eventually it will stop you from receiving government benefits like social security. The only way to get rid of it is to resolve it. If it is old enough many times you can hire a local lawyer to resolve it without you needing to return to Florida.
