Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
active warrant
During a routine traffic stop an officier here in Florida infomred me that there was an active warrant for me in Georgia. I have not been to Georgia in ten years! I did lose my id card a few years ago, so I can onlty assume this is id theft. How do I correct this. Whom do I sue for libel?

Re: active warrant
There is no one to sue and you need to clear up those warrants. I would contact a Georgia attorney.
