Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Someone used my address to place an online order and have the item shipped to my address. police came to my house asking if i have received a package yet.i have not. they gave me a case # and told me to call them when they arrive. the police said they will come pickup the packages. Not sure what I should do. Will i get arrested if the item comes here and i call the police?

You should not get arrested if you're not the one placing the illegal order. You sound like you're the victim in the case. I see no reason, unless there's more to the story, why you would get arrested.
