Adjudicated Guilty
If a defendant is found adjudicated guilty, does that mean that the defendant had been convicted of the charge? This adult is responding to an insurance question of ''Have you ever been arressted and convicted of a crime?'' How should he answer?

You need to be specific regarding your question.
A person can plead guilty, but receieve a withhold of adjudication. In this scenario a person can legally answer that they were not convicted of the crime.
However, if a person pleads guilty or no contest, and the judge adjudicates them guilty, then they must answer that they have been convicted.
