If this was in Pennsylvania, this want a juvenile case. You were convicted of whatever crime. When you are 27 the conviction lapses.

Yes, you were found guilty of petit theft which means you were convicted. Thefts that involve less than $300 worth of money, goods or services are classified as “petit thefts” and are generally charged as misdemeanors. Since it says delinquent, I presume you are a minor and were tried in juvenile court.
