Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was adjudicated guilty for habitually driving on a suspended license...I did my time and paid my fines.. At the time of sentencing I asked the judge for adjudication withheld he said no but when I became a law abiding citizen I could ask that it be changed.. I have asked and I have been denied.. How do I get it changed this is keeping me from getting a job a house going back to school... please help...

Your only option, which is still a long shot yet better than no shot, is to ask for executive clemency. It is a long process, but you don't need an attorney to file the paperwork.
