What does it mean to have adjudicated withheld on your record am I still able to own a gun in Florida

Yes and no. You are not adjudicated guilty and therefore under FL law you can own a gun. HOWEVER, there is a time limit after you finish probation and you can't be convicted of other offenses, among many other limitations. You need to contact an attorney in your area and discuss the details with them to see if it is legal or not.
