what is meant by with/without adjudication?

In Florida, a judge can withhold formal adjudication of guilt. This means that for some purposes, the finding does not count as a conviction. For instance, you can legally deny that you were convicted of the crime. However, for some purposes, it still counts as a conviction (on a sentencing scoresheet as a prior record, for instance). When deciding whether it is a conviction for a particular purpose, you need to consult a lawyer.
