Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What is Adjudication Withheld?
I was charged with a felony offense. Was put on probation with disposition adjudication withheld. Probation had been successfully completed. Is this a conviction? How do I complete job applications?

Re: What is Adjudication Withheld?
If you received a "withhold of adjudication" and completed the terms of your probation successfully, then you were not "convicted" of that offense. However, on job applications, you'll want to pay particular attention to the way the question was worded.
Good luck,
