adjudication withheld
In Florida,after you have satisfied your adjudication withholding terms, such as community service, are you expected to the file for dismissal, or does it stay in the adjudication withholding status forever?

If adjudication was withheld, you can not move for dismissal. Rather you may be eligible to have the criminal record sealed.
