Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have an adjudication withheld is that a permanent scar on my record.. what should i do about jobs i CANNOT get it sealed.

Why can't you get it sealed? Is it because it is one of those charges that is ineligible to be sealed? For example, murder, arson, domestic violence charges, among several others, can't be sealed even if withheld. You should call an attorney to be sure. If it can't be sealed, then unfortunately there is little you can do other than write a letter explaining that you were not convicted of this charge.
