Adjudication Withheld
If a person is charged with a felony and is placed on Probation for a period of time and completes the period of Probation and the Judge says ''Adjudication Withheld'' does the person still have their Civil Rights to either vote or purchase a firearm?

Yes. However, to actually remove the case from your "criminal history", you would need to have the record sealed and/or expunged. My charge for that service would be $1,000.00 plus costs (approximately $125.00). Please feel free to call my office, if you could use my service.
