Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a an adjudication withheld on my record in Florida. And I am trying to get a job. Can I get something from the state of Florida saying that I was not convicted of a crime and that the adjudication was withheld? I am in the process of getting the charge expunged and sealed but it will take another 60 days and the employer wants to hire me in a couple of weeks. What should I tell the employer. This is the only thing on my record.

Normally, you don't have to report cases that have adjudication withheld. If you already have, you can go to your courthouse and request your case records which would show adjudication withheld.
