Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have adjudication withheld for a robbery charge by law in my state this cannot be expunged.. i barely did anything this was just a mistake of goofing off.. how can i fight this charge.. i didnt steal for this lady's money.. can someone please help me..if i take this plea it will never come off and i didnt do anything.. please help what can i do.

I'm a little confused because you said you had adjudication withheld, which implies that you already pled guilty or no contest, yet you say, "if you take this plea," which then implies the case is still open. So, to try to answer your question, if you have pled then there is probably little you can do other than attempt to withdraw your plea. Of course, there must be legal reasons, other than you just don't like the deal, in order to withdraw your plea. On the other hand, if you haven't pled and taken the plea offer, then you have clearer options. There is one way to fight this charge: Go to trial. If you don't feel you can win at trial then take the plea because it is in your best interest. But your question is how can you fight it,and the answer is go to trial and make the state prove their burden of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Hopefully you have an attorney so you should discuss this with them.
