Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
what is adjudication withheld? And does it show up on your background when a employer run an background check? I have two incidents where both cases were adjudication withheld.I have researched and searched on the internet but I don't still have an understanding of what adjudication withheld is.

It means you were not convicted and you can tell employers are not convicted. That said, it will still show up on background checks. Florida is one of the few states that have withholds so it can be confusing (even to many lawyers).
