I have adjudication withold on my record; When I am done with the term of probation will my record be clean or zealed for employment reasons?

No. If you are eligible, you will need to apply to have your arrest record "sealed." You will NOT be eligible to have your arrest record expunged because the case proceeded to Court where you received a formal sentence.
