Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Adjudicattion withheld -prob. 3yrs and then vop(inability to pay) found guilty on the vop-12 more yrs prob.( paid money back -early termination) is adjudication withheld still in effect on the felony charge?- Or did my VOP make the judge change it to guilty.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to tell whether you are adjudicated guilty based on what you've provided. As a general rule, when a Court finds that you've violated probation, an adjudication of guilt shall be entered. That being said, the courts can maintain the withhold depending on the manner in which they phrase your sentence. The best way to verify the answer to your question is to pull the court file & review the sentencing paperwork from your VOP.
