adjudification withheld
Several of my charges the Judge withheld adj. Why do they show up when i do a criminal background check?

Because a withhold of adjudication has nothing to do with appearance on your record. They are wittholding adjudication, not wittholding it from your record. Any charge you ever had as an adult will be on your record forever until you seal or expunge it. If you have ever been adjudicated of any crime, you cannot seal it.
