Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Have my adjudification withheld need record cleared
I have a third degree felony charge on my background record. It does say adjudification withheld. But it still shows up on background checks. How do I get this removed. Or have the records sealed since this happened 24 years ago.

The procedures for sealing and expunging records are contained in Section 943, Florida Statutes. It may be possible for you to complete the process without a lawyer, but you will probably want to obtain one to see that it is done properly.
