Re: adjuication withheld/sent

A withold is not a conviction, therefore, if this is the only crime you've ever been charged with, you do not have a criminal record; so on job applications and such you can say you've never been convicted of a crime. On the other hand, you do have an arrest record which you can have sealed. Now, most jobs do not ask you if you have ever been arrested, so I would not worry too much about that. But you do have the option of sealing that arrest record. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. All My Best, Joseph Vredevelt

You may be eligible to have that sealed depending on some additional factors.
