adjuication withheld/sent

I have an adj withheld/sent and is that a felony can i get that off my background and what do that means.

resist off & battery/Police i did not hit him just didnot do what he said & snatch away

A withold is not a conviction, therefore, if this is the only crime you've ever been charged with, you do not have a criminal record; so on job applications and such you can say you've never been convicted of a crime. On the other hand, you do have an arrest record which you can have sealed. Now, most jobs do not ask you if you have ever been arrested, so I would not worry too much about that.
