I served 365 days in jail for a dui offense and it was adjuticated, am I still responsible for fines or was that taken care of when I served my sentence?

As long as you only received a straight commitment and no probation/suspended sentence when you were released then all fines/fees should have been waived. I would call the clerk at the court and verify that your case is closed-you don't want to be arrested down the road on a warrant due to the case not having been closed out. Martha Kovner
