Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Hello, what does "ADMIN. COUNT CLOSURE:FOR PROSECUTION SEE CRCxxxxCFANO" mean in the public records of a criminal case in process? My brother was charged with several things, the most serious being Home Invasion Robbery and Agg. Assault on a Person Over 65. I've been watching the progress of all his charges online and found the above status entered for the assault case yesterday. The bond is now $0 for this charge and his location is RLSD, but he's not, he is still in jail for the other 4 charges. I have three questions: 1) Does this mean the state dropped the agg assault charge?!?! I don't see it listed with the home invasion record either. 2) His other three charges include (2ct.) Possession/Sales of Oxycodone and VOP of dealing in stolen property probation. 3) What kind of sentance is he potentially looking at?

It could mean several things. However, the most likely reason is that the count was closed and merged with the other counts so that all counts will be listed under that one case number. When it says bond is $0, that means he can't get a bond so that would explain why he is in custody still. If he has a VOP, judge usually don't grant bond in those cases.
