I was on adult website on my phone when I received a Flashing notice to stay navigate away from website it it had FBI logos I tried to get off site as fast as possible but I was finally able to get out if it.

What is your question? It sounds like there was a pop-up ad that had the FBI logo but without knowing what the "notice" actually said it is impossible to tell you whether it is anything that you should be concerned about. If it was an adult site that did not contain any child pornography or other illegal content then you probably don't need to worry.
