I wouldn't call back the officer without speaking with an attorney first. Then I would have the attorney call the officer and speak on your behalf. Anything you say to the officer can be used against you.

If you have any specific questions, or are interested in retaining an attorney to help you out, feel free to contact my office.

Good luck,

You should get a lawyer. Never talk to a police officer without a lawyer present regardless of how innocent you believe you are.

If the police officer wants information, you should have an attorney arrange for the police to give you what is called "use immunity." Nothing you tell them can be used against you.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
