Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Need advice on taping convrsations for you own protection
What you have here is a desperate plea. I am trying to get information on Fla. Stat. Ch. 934. My sister has been taping all encounters with her husband. She started to do this as self defense because he has filed false domestic violence charges against her in order to get custody of the children. He has filed his second charge. He has unlimited funds for legal advice and harrasment. She has been a stay at home mom for 9 years. I am hoping to find a loop hole to use a recording to show proof he has lied. I am not looking for legal council. I am just looking for information to push an inexpierenced lawyer in the right direction.
Thank You ,
