Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I can not afford a private attorney at this time. I have been violated on my probation with 4 violations. I immediately remedied 3 so the violations were due to a lack of communication with my PO. The 4th was a failed drug test. I had been on probation less than 2 weeks. I did advise my PO that I was a long time drug user and I would not be immediately clean. My first drug test I barely failed. I was told to go to detox, but due to work I was unable to go that night. I am not willing to lose my job over this. At the end of the day, I know I need help, I would like the court to petition me to attend either drug court or a treatment program instead of just controlling me. How may I best present this to a judge at my advisement?

Because you cannot afford an attorney and since you are facing jail, the court will appoint the public defender for you. You should explain to them your situation and they will be able to help you out.
