Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Affording a lawyer
Authorities tell me my payscale eliminates me for a court appointed lawyer. Is there such a thing?
Are there lawyers who will work with my budget if I cannot pay their fee all up front? Can you help me find one? If so, is there a fee for that? Charge is, violation of probation.
