What is the age of consent (for sexual activity) in Florida?

Generally speaking, it is 16. HOWEVER, there are exceptions to this. For example, if the other party is over 24, then the age of consent becomes 18. For a more specific answer, contact an attorney in the locale where alleged activity occurred or would occur.
