Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
under age with a felony charge, no legal guardian to present at court.
what can i do when im an under age(17 years old) illegal immigrant and been charge with possession of fraudulent immigration identification card but my is out of state and have no other legal guardian to show up at court with me?my sister is 19 can she count as my legal guardian?
