Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Age
Is it legal for a 17 year old to date or have a relationship with a 23 year old? If the girl is 17 and her parents know would it make it legal if it is illegal?

Re: Age
No, it is not legal. Anyone under the age of 18 cannot consent. And no, parents cannot give consent for this either.

Re: Age
I wanted to add one more thing because I didn't read what the other lawyer said before I posted. The age of consent is actually 16 in Florida where the other person is 23. Nevertheless, I'm not suggesting you shouldn't wait.
