Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Age Limit
I've heard many people say ''Well, if you're 17 then the law says you can only date people up to a certain age.'' I was wondering if that is true, and if so what age?

Re: Age Limit
There are no limits on how old someone can be, but there are limits as to how young. The law is very complicated and the easiest advice is never to touch a boy or girl in a sexual way under the age of 18. There are some exceptions, but they are complicated.
