Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
agg. battery w/a deadly weapon
I would like to know if i took full blame for what happpend-could they charge me with his charges? he's been charged w/ agg. battery and i want to write a letter to the judge stating that he was defending himself from me- could they charge me criminally?
