Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Aggravated Assault
My boyfriend was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault & 1 count grand theft. He is innocent though. He has a witness that was there. The cops did not let him fill out a statement. How do we prove he is innocent & how can he fill out a statement?

Re: Aggravated Assault
Don't make a statement. Contact a lawyer. He can't get through this himself. Any statement he makes will not help him, and some of the things he says may be used against him later.
