aggravated assault
i was charge with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.there was two victims saying i had a gun but i did not have one. i also have two witnesses that will testify that i did not a have a gun. how good is my case?

It depends who the witnesses are and if they are believable and if there is a reason not to believe the victim

Your case is only as good as your witnesses. They have two people who say you had a gun. You have two people who say you didn't. It will probably come down to which set of witnesses a jury believes more.
