accused was under stress being treated by doctor for anxiety what are her chances in these charges no one was injured no convictions

Stress or anxiety is no defense to a criminal charge. Since nobody was hurt and no priors, the case might get dismissed if an attorney presents the case properly to a judge or sent to a diversionary program.
