Re: aggravated battery
Aggravated battery can be proved by one of two ways: First, by proving that a weapon of some type like a broom handle was used in such a way as to cause a serious injury like a broken. Second, whether a deadly weapon was used like a knife to cause some type of injury even a minor cut. In both cases aggravated battery can be charged. It is a 2nd degree felony with a punishment of up to 15 years in prison. Good luck
