Aggravated Stalking with credible threat
I am a male, 48, A friend of mine for 23 years, had an affair with my wife. That lasted a year. Back in June 06 they had got back to to the affair. My wife had me arrested for grabbibg her am. So I was not allow back at home. I went an lived at my brothers old trailer until we could work with our difference. We have been married for 30 years. I had enough of the guys stuff and went to his wife job and told her of the affair. July12. The man called my wife while at work and told her about what her husband did on 14. He starting keeping messages on my husband from then on. My husband was never told that they were saving his messages and was never told not to call. So didn't no nothing. In Aug wife got a call from a officer, asking her about my husband. she told him that he was not here. He told her what it was about. she knew then what he was doing. Didn't really found out nothing until I was arrestted on this charge. That's when I seen the papers that was filed against me in March 07 It shows clearly that he's trying to cover his affair with my wife. He gave false information to officer of the actual date. updating 15 day later to where the police officer asking him did he have an affair with his wife and he swore that this was not

Despite what the other gentleman may have done, it is no excuse to make any threats or take any unlawful action against him. Apparently threats have been made and a police complaint has been sworn out. If charges get filed, it is time to hire a criminal attorney to represent you. In the meantime, keep your distance and do not call this man, his wife, or his job for any reason
as the phones may be traced and you might be the object of further investigation by the police.
