Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Aggrivated Battery Expungement
In the year 2000 I was charged for Aggrivated Battery in the state of Florida. Adjudication of guilt witheld was the disposition. I completed the pretrial intervention and that was two years probation and all fees have been paid. It has been 7 years now and I can't find a job. I have completed a BA degree and that did not help. How can I get this record cleared so I can find a job?

Re: Aggrivated Battery Expungement
You should be eligible for a sealing/expungement. Call me and I'll quote you a fee to get it done for you. What county?
