Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Once an agreement of voluntary disbarrment has been signed by an attorney. Can he continue to try cases in court for the month in between the signing of the voluntary disbarrment and his actual disbarrment day, or should he be telling his client to find another attorney?

The attorney must inform his clients. He can do a trial so long as the voluntary disbarment is not in effect yet and he has informed his client. It's up to the client to fire the attorney.
