alcohal to minors

I found pictures that were taken of my 15 year old daughter in a bar where she is in a nightclub drinking alcohol and it shows which bar she went to when I confronted her she claims that the door man let her in and did not charge her and the bar served her these picture are sexually explicit what are my legal options as I have the proof of the day and the establishment!
