Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
alleged charges
If a warrant has been issued for an arrest for an alleged charge and bond had to be posted but there is no record of this charge in the Court system and no court date set up, how can we get this alleged charge removed so that we can clear this person and get bond released?

Re: alleged charges
I am confused. Please resend and clarify the message. Specifically, has the "wanted" person turned himself in or been arrested on the warrant? Please give a detailed chronological run down of the facts. No names please.
