Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
They alleged victim of a robbery with a firearm and fire discharge. Has refuse to give a dispoistion on seven different occasion set by State of Florida prosecution office. They have also offer him immune for his corpation..At the advice of his attorneys he still refuses to testify.. The main reason is hes out on bond for a rico case trafficking cocaine. The alleged suspect is released from jail on a gps montior because the alleged victim still refuses to corporate with the state of Florida prosecutors office.. Its has been three years since the alleged crime the alleged suspect is no longer on the gps montior, he is free and on the streets. Are there any Florida statues that covers this for grounds of dismissal?
