Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Im currently on a anke monitor (gps).How would i file a motion to remove the monitor.I do not have a lawyer & cannot afford monitor.Is there a motion I can file myself to remove please help ...thank you

You can call the judge's assistant and set a motion to modify your probation to remove the GPS. That said, hiring an attorney, at a minimum, ups your chances that you will get the GPS removed. Good luck.
