Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
annonymos calls
someone keeps calling the sherrifs office and saying I am involved in dealing drugs they have been to my house three times I was home on their third visit and decline them to walk through my home the other times they came by they talk to my neighbors about me, what actions can I take if they persist and can they obtain a warrant based on annonymos calls I told them it's probably a girl I just broke up with and her name but they said it's annonymos . where does this leave everything.

I would be very careful. They can gather evidence from outside, and get a warrant.
