hi it was 18 months before they charged him and they charged him as adult instead of juvinele it was convenute that he had just turned 18 when they charged him him was 16 when this happened.He is in an adult jail has been for months i was told by someone they think the state waited to long to do this.

Well if he has an attorney, and there is an issue, he/she will bring it up to the judge.
