Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Thank you for answering my question about Pinellas county extraditing from Michigan. Unfortunately he signed a waiver of extradition and the judge did say bc he did that he orders florida 10 days to pick him up. I guess this is an unwritten rule or allowance that after a waiver the demanding state has "up to" 30 days but it's judges discretion how long to hold. :( so my question now is what can be done? Should we call pibellas state attorney to push for them to do something? After tomorrow he will be let go. Should we keep trying to get him arrested or give up?

Hopefully, after all this time, he has been released, or his issues have been resolved.
