Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My apartment room was searched without my consent and I have separate leases from my roommates. The detectives were looking for a man who doesn't even live in my apartment and they came across marijuana in my room. This is my first charge and it was def less than 20 grams. My first court hearing is Wednesday. What should I do??
