Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
how can I get someone an appeal, if every lawyer disses him because of the crime. a co defendant told there is no HARD evidence on him committing the crime. and the most important part about it is the police reports that are written have a wide bracket of who could have done it. Basically no exact information, it leaves A lot of questioning.

If he pled, then in most, but not every, cases, he can'tr appeal. If he went to trial and lost then he is entitled to court appointed attorney. If he's done an appeal already then he should talk to an attorney that handles post conviction relief.
